The Condo is tastefully decorated with Florida style furniture and is part of the Lyme Terrace Condominiums, one of the area's best run and maintained complexes. The pool is heated, the docks are very well maintained and off street parking is available for all units.

Punta Gorda can be reached by Air via the Punta Gorda Airport with many airlines arriving daily or the Ft Myers International Airport is only 45 minutes away just off I75. Driving to Punta Gorda is easy as well, Just take I75 to exit 164 and Punta Gorda is just 3 miles off the expressway.
